PRICES

Option 1: Bunk Accommodation
- $255 per adult
- $244 per student
Option 2: Motel Accommodation
- $315 per adult
- $304 per student
These prices include:
- 3 nights accommodation in bunk cabins or motel units.
- Sole use of a meeting space for each group.
- All food: 9 meals - from dinner on the first day to a packed lunch on the last day, plus morning/afternoon teas, desserts & suppers.
- Complimentary barista coffees for adults to keep you going through the week!
- A range of activities including a site orientation/scavenger hunt, school vs school games, optional night activities and a wide range of our best camp activities.
- Spot prizes & giveaways throughout the camp.
The camp fees do not cover the following optional add ons: linen hire, special dietary food or canteen purchases.
- Please BYO bedding & towels or enquire about prices to hire if needed.
- Please be aware that any special diets catered for (Vegan/Vegetarian/GF/DF) will incur a fee of $15pp per meal day.
- We will have a range of snacks & El Rancho merch that can be purchased at certain time slots when the canteen is open. Feel free to bring spending money.
Places are limited, so please complete this form as soon as you can. Once you have completed this form, we will hold your place for 14 days, and send you a contract with Ts & Cs and a deposit invoice. You will need to sign the booking contract and pay a deposit within this timeframe to confirm your space.

Deposits will be between $500 - $1000 depending on the group size. Deposits are non-refundable, but come off your final bill.

Please note, this Camp is designed for Primary and Intermediate aged students.
Numbers: Please note that the minimum group size is 15pax, and the maximum group size is 30 students (extra adults are welcome). If your group does not meet these requirements, please email us to discuss options: office@elrancho.co.nz
