SUPPORTING YOU TO THRIVE IN THE CHOIR
We want to make sure every singer has the support they need to participate, contribute, and thrive. The following questions help us understand any needs or challenges that may be relevant to being part of a large choir. Sharing this information is confidential and will not affect the audition outcome.
1. Is there anything about the way you learn, communicate, process information, experience your environment or interact with others that we should know about?
This might include neurodiversity, sensory, attention, learning, communication, behavioural, emotional, social, physical or other needs that could affect your participation in rehearsals, performances, travel or living with the group. Please include anything we might notice and any strategies, adjustments or support that help you participate at your best.
2. What helps you work successfully as part of a large group, particularly when things are busy, challenging or stressful?
Please describe strategies that help you manage change, overwhelm, conflict, communication or other challenges, and what others can do to support you when you are finding something difficult.
