Thank you for your interest in joining Superior Fleet, Inc. as a Delivery Driver. This application will request specific information required to determine eligibility for employment. Some applicants may find these questions personal; however, because this role is considered commercial driving, compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations is mandatory.

Disqualification Guidelines
Please note that FedEx and Superior Fleet, Inc. cannot qualify applicants who meet any of the following conditions:
- Use of recreational cannabis (all applicants must pass a federally regulated drug screen).
- No valid driver’s license.
- Felony convictions.
- Most misdemeanor convictions (subject to review).
- Any DUI or DWI conviction.
- Excessive moving traffic violations.
- Possession of a CDL without a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
Minimum Requirements to Apply
Applicants must meet the following minimum standards:
- Valid, active driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Lift from shoulder height 75lbs or from the ground.
- Manuver up to 150lbs with use of a dolly.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a federally mandated drug screen.
- Open to both experienced and entry-level drivers (training provided).
