Disqualification Guidelines
Please note that FedEx and Superior Fleet, Inc. cannot qualify applicants who meet any of the following conditions:
- Use of recreational cannabis (all applicants must pass a federally regulated drug screen).
- No valid driver’s license.
- Felony convictions.
- Most misdemeanor convictions (subject to review).
- Any DUI or DWI conviction.
- Excessive moving traffic violations.
- Possession of a CDL without a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
Minimum Requirements to Apply
Applicants must meet the following minimum standards:
- Valid, active driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Lift from shoulder height 75lbs or from the ground.
- Manuver up to 150lbs with use of a dolly.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a federally mandated drug screen.
- Open to both experienced and entry-level drivers (training provided).
