Photo Permission Form Summer 2026

Woodside Montessori Academy recognizes the need to protect children's privacy when promoting summer camp internally and externally. Woodside wants to ensure parents have a choice about allowing their children to be involved in such promotional efforts.

We need to have a completed form on file for each of our students. Please be sure to sign and return it promptly.

In-school Displays:Including but not limited to bulletin boards, class-made books, or student multimedia projects; students may be identified by first and last name.

Other School Publications - including but not limited to student publications, Woodside Weekly, newsletter and internal email; students will not be identified by name.

Outside Publications - including local newspapers and other media outlets; students may be identified by first and last name (with parent specific permission)

School Website (public) - including but not limited to main pages or special event pages; students will not be identified by name.

Bloomz *Not used for Summer Programs* - including all areas of this password protected section of the app, i.e. class pages; students may be identified by first name only. (See Resources Overview for more information about the Bloomz app)

Marketing materials - including but not limited to brochures, postcards, email blasts, etc. - no names used

Social Media - including but not limited to Facebook - no names used
