Photo Permission Form 2026

Woodside Montessori Academy recognizes the need to protect students' privacy when promoting school, classroom and extracurricular activities internally and externally. Woodside wants to ensure parents have a choice about allowing their students to be involved in such promotional efforts.

We need to have a completed form on file for each of our students. Please be sure to sign and return it promptly.
