PHOTO ENTRY QUALITY & OTHER NEED TO KNOW INFORMATION 

PLEASE READ!

1. HORIZONTAL HIGH RESOLUTION PICTURES ONLY.
2. NO HUMANS in any photo submissions
3. NO other family pets in the picture, unless you have multiple Great Danes in the photo
4. Camera Phone Pictures: Turn your phone to it's side!  Please set your photo settings to its highest resolution
5. It is at RMGDRI's discretion to reject pictures if the quality is not high enough for printing purposes.  IF your pictures resolution is low quality, we will attempt to contact you to resubmit at a higher resolution.
6. Be sure to include the name of the Dane in the photos you submit.

 

All Photo entries and entry forms must be submitted no later than

November 5th

Expected Shipment of any purchased Calendars is will be early December

PHOTO RELEASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 I grant RMGDRI permission to use the attached photo(s) for RMGDRI’s 2025 calendar, and all related sales and marketing materials that RMGDRI may utilize in connection with its non-profit operation. I acknowledge and agree that RMGDRI will sell copies of the calendar and will not be responsible for making any payments to me or anyone else in connection with this permitted use. I also agree that I own the copyright to these photos (these photos were not taken by someone else).
