DEPOSIT POLICY/PRICING & AGREEMENT
BEFORE paying your deposit please review the following policies:
DEPOSIT:
Please understand, the deposit is meant to compensate the artist for the time needed to prepare the artwork on their own time before you arrive for your scheduled appointment.
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and covers the drawing/designing process prepared prior to the appointment.
The deposit will be subtracted from the final price of the tattoo.
Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
72 hours notice is required for all rescheduled appointments in order for the deposit to be transferred to the newly adjusted time and/or day.
If you change your appointment date, we cannot schedule you sooner than other clients in the queue.
You are allowed to reschedule once within 72 hours notice and the deposit will be transferable to the new appointment. If you reschedule a second time, the deposit is non-transferable and a new deposit will need to be issued.
Not showing for your appointment date results in loss of your deposit. If you are over 30 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a no show, and the appointment is cancelled.
If you continue to reschedule or change your concept over two times, 50% of the estimated price will be required as a deposit in order to continue.
An example of changing the tattoo concept would be to add or remove major elements to the tattoo’s subject matter, or adding specifics not originally outlined in the initial request form/text consultation (Major elements are up to artist’s discretion).
Artists are allowed to reschedule an appointment at any time. In the event of this, deposit will always be transferable.
PRICING:
Shop minimum is $150.
Soul Studios charges by the piece.
Final pricing will depend on size, detail, and style of tattoo as each aspect plays a role in how long the tattoo will take. You are welcome to ask for a quote prior, and we can give our best estimate.
Prices compared to the given quote are subject to change the day of if the tattoo ends up taking longer/being larger than originally anticipated.
Prices compared to the given quote are subject to change the day of if there are any changes to the tattoo design throughout the process.
If you have a specific budget, Soul Studios artists can only accommodate if they are told during the time of booking.
DESIGNS:
No drawings or drafts are sent or otherwise previewed to clients before their scheduled appointment time.
Client agrees to allow Soul Studios artists’ to design tattoos in their style. If you want a specific image, please be as specific as possible in your Tattoo Request Form/text consultation to ensure your satisfaction with the final design.
The artist will show the client the design on the day of their appointment and will modify it however the client wishes prior to the physical act of tattooing.
The artist is entitled to decline any project they do not see fit to continue pursuing.
TOUCH UPS:
Touch ups are offered according to the artist’s pre-existing schedule and cannot be done until the client's tattoo has been fully healed (4 weeks post appointment).
Touch ups are offered for free within a year of the final appointment date as a courtesy. If the client no-shows, cancels without 72 hours notice, or exceeds a year from the final tattoo date, touch ups will no longer be offered for free and will be done at the expense of the client.

All communications with the artists will be through the Soul Studios office manager via text message. If you have the artist’s personal contact information from being a recurring client, you are more than welcome to reach out to them directly for any questions or concerns regarding your tattoo appointment. The response may be delayed based on the artist’s busy schedule ◡̈.

If you have any questions, ask for clarification BEFORE paying the deposit. By paying the deposit, you are stating you agree and feel comfortable with the deposit, pricing, design, and touch up policy and would like to continue forward in the tattoo scheduling process.
