Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns School Group Pricing & Policies

15 Students or More:
$6/student with a pumpkin
$5/student without a pumpkin
14 Students or Less:
$7/student with a pumpkin
$6/student without a pumpkin.
*If you have multiple small classes attend on different days and the total sum is more than 14 students, you can receive the larger group discount.
- Reservations cannot be made the same day.
- If you need to reschedule a reservation, please call 801-658-6995.
- This registration form is for public and private schools including preschool and elementary-aged children. If you are a homeschool, please do not fill out this form. Homeschool groups may register here.
- We require one adult chaperone per every 20 students.
- School group rates apply to students only. We offer free admission for 2 teachers/chaperones per every 25 students (doesn't include pumpkin).
- Any additional adults/chaperones/parents, siblings or friends (who are not students) will pay the regular entry fee of $7/person. Pumpkins are not included but can be purchased at the Pumpkin Checkout.
- Special Needs: Students with special needs that require additional chaperone(s), please call 801-658-6995.
- Payments must be made in full prior to or on the same day of your reservation. No groups will be admitted without payment.
- Payments made in advance may also pick-up wristbands in advance. To arrange wristband pick-up, call 801-658-6995.
- Reservations paid with a credit card will have an additional 3% fee. Checks, cash and Venmo are accepted.
- Reservations are available Monday - Friday from Sept. 30 - Oct. 31, 2024. Black-out dates where no reservations are available are Oct. 17 - 21, 2024.
- Reservations for school groups are available anytime between 9 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no time limit on how long your group stays at Jaker's after your reservation time.
- Because we must limit the number of students per hour at Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns, your reservation will not be guaranteed until you have received a confirmation email from us. Because dates and times fill up, we ask that you select a 1st, 2nd and 3rd option.
- School groups who arrive without a reservation will not receive the discounted rate and will pay full price for entry and pumpkins for students and adults.
- Outside food is not allowed with the exception of a private pavilion rental. Pavilion rentals have picnic table seating for approx. 60 adults and are an excellent solution for storing jackets, lunches, drinks, etc. Pavilions are available in 3-hour increments for the discounted rate of $25 for schools with reservations. For more information and to reserve a pavilion for your school, contact 801-658-6995. Please note cooking of any kind is not allowed at Jaker's.
- Schools and organizations with 100 attendees or more must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) naming Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns, LLC as certificate holder at least 2 days prior to your reservation. Both Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc. and Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns LLC must be listed as the Certificate Holders AND as Additional Insured. The insurance must be for a minimum of $1,000,000 General Liability Coverage. The COI may be emailed to harwardfarms@gmail.com.
- All guests of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns must respect the written rules as posted at the entry gate and throughout the venue, which includes no pets, no vaping, smoking or alcohol on the premises, including the parking lot.
- All students and adults must respect the property of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns. Schools or organizations are entirely responsible for any intentional or unintentional damage of any part of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns by replacing or paying for damaged property.
- There is uneven ground, metal slides, farm animals that can bite and many other hazards at Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns. All students, adults and attendees acknowledge that visiting Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns is at their own risk.
- Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns and/or Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc. are not responsible for any injury or harm to any persons that occur on the property of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns. Responsibility for such events lies entirely with the school organization.
- Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns and/or Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc. are not responsible for any injury or harm caused by a student or adult of the attending school or organization to any other persons on the premises. Responsibility for such events lies entirely with the school organization.
- Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns and/or Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen property of our guests.
- Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns and/or Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc. is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss that may occur to your vehicle or any other personal property in the parking lot or anywhere else on the property of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns.
- Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns reserves the right to ask any disrespectful, unruly or non-observant guests to leave the premises at any time.
