  • EMPLOYMENT AT-WILL
    Team Members understand that their employment with Willow & Birch Salon is at-will, which means either their employment or compensation may be terminated or changed at any time with or without cause and with or without notice by either the employee or Willow & Birch Salon. Nothing in any document provided to the Team Members by any Willow & Birch Salon representative or any statement made by any Willow & Birch Salon representative shall limit the right to terminate or change this employment at-will status. No representative of the Willow & Birch Salon has any authority to enter into an Agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to make any agreement for employment other than at-will. The only Willow & Birch Salon representative who has the authority to make any such agreement contrary to this employment at-will status is the
    Owner/Creative Director of the Company, and then only in writing.
