I am applying to participate as a food vendor at the Crosby Festival of the Arts on the following day(s) (You may select one or two days):*

Saturday, June 28th - festival hours 10am-6pmSunday, June 29th - festival 10am-4pm
The fee to participate is $225 for one day or $425 for both days*
IMPORTANT DATES: November 30, 2024 = Application Deadline. December 15, 2024 = Acceptance Notification. January 21, 2025 = $200 Security Deposit Due. March 15, 2025 = Full Payment Due.*

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Please attach a photo of your truck/trailer. This is not a contract. Do not send money with this application. The Crosby Festival of the Arts reserves the right to select or decline food vendors based upon the application submitted, vendor history, appearance of truck, food quality, product mix and other factors as determined by the Crosby Festival of the Arts staff. Accepted vendors are required to be in operation the entire duration of the day(s) selected on the application, failure to do so will result in a loss of the security deposit. If any vendor would like to sell beverages/water it must be purchased through CFA beverage source. Non-branded brewed iced tea and fresh squeezed lemonade are allowed.
