What is Included in Sponsorships
The Special Events Commission Sponsorship includes 4 events, bundled together as one annual sponsorship and cannot be divided. Up to 10 local businesses can submit a Special Events Commission Sponsorship form until April 3rd, or until all 10 sponsorships are filled. This sponsorship includes:
- Business linked on each of the above listed event websites
- The opportunity to be on-site at Autumn Harvest and Swing Into Spring
- On-site mention during opening remarks at all 4 events
- Logo placement on all marketing materials shared on the Village's social media accounts multiple times through the year, including:
- The Village’s Facebook page (currently 23,000+ followers)
The Take it to the Heights Facebook Page (currently 13,000+
followers)
- The Village’s NextDoor Page (currently connected to 28,000+ households)
- The Village’s LinkedIn Page (currently 3,400+ followers)
- The Village’s Instagram (currently 5,200+ followers)
- Business logo in promotional materials shared in Village's e-news, to 6,000+ subscribers
- Business website linked on event webpages on the Village's website
