Paid Tax Preparer and/or IRS VITA Volunteer

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses (50 states)
- Review financial records such as income statements and documentation to determine proper tax deductions and credits
  Utilize financial software to ensure accurate calculations and compliance with tax laws
- Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance for clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for tax preparation
Requirements and Experience:
- PTIN (Required)
- Previous experience (NOT REQUIRED)
- 16 hour Tax Certification Course available
- Volunteer IRS VITA to gain experierance (Optional)
- Professional Software Provided
Pay:
- $30,000.00 - $60,000.00+ per year
- Position available January 2025 - October 2025
