The OPEN contest will be held on SUN SEP 13 at Turner Theater in the Factory at Franklin, at 230 Franklin Rd, Franklin, TN 37064.

CONTEST CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENT - As a condition of entering the Competition, each contestant grants the Grand Master Fiddler Championship, Inc. ("GMFC"), its successors and authorized representatives, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use the contestant's name, voice, likeness, biography, image, and performance, in whole or in part, without prior notice or compensation, for any lawful purpose, including promotion, publicity, education, fundraising, broadcasts, livestreams, websites, social media, print, television, radio, and any other media now known or later developed. GMFC shall own all rights, title, and interest in any photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, broadcasts, livestreams, or other media created by or on behalf of GMFC in connection with the Competition. Other than prizes or awards officially presented by GMFC, no contestant shall be entitled to wages, royalties, fees, benefits, or other compensation arising from participation in the Competition. Each contestant further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless GMFC and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, judges, sponsors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Competition.
