Club Membership Application

There are several types of club membership. Membership is "lifetime" but may be terminated due to misconduct. Application results will be sent to applicant e-mail with next steps. Approved organizations will receive a welcome package along with additional information on submitting an event request. Club types are as follows.

Breed – single breed

Specialty – single game

Group – single group or combination group ie Spitz Primitive, hound, gundog

Multi – combination of game

Universal – all breed, all game
