In addition, we will be working in a group situation with multiple dogs. Some dogs react to new demands by fighting their owners and sometimes even biting them. Some dogs may become dog aggressive and try to attack other dogs. All owners/handlers must be responsible for their dog’s behavior. While we will do everything we can to prevent accidents, including falls, bites, dog fights, or loose dogs, despite our best efforts sometimes problems can occur. Let this serve as notice that neither Schutzhundvererin Der Hafenstadt, nor its officers and directors, nor the property owner is responsible for accident, injury, or other loss occurring to handlers or their families, spectators, or dogs, or other property, before, during or after the event. All handlers participate in this event on this property at their own risk.
