YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE SERVICER "Maes Photo Booth LLC". PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. This Agreement is a contract between you, as the Client and Servicer as (Maes Photo Booth LLC).
Maes Photo Booth LLC is insured.
A retainer of $100 is required if you would like to reserve your date. The retainer is counted towards your package selection. In the event, you cancel, the $100 retainer is non refundable.
Servicer will collect the full payment 2-3 weeks before your scheduled event or if it is a last minute booking, payment will be taken at the time you book your event, thus a deposit is not required. You do have the option to make a payment in full. Let the servicer know. Servicer will send you a link to pay by email, text or link, along with an invoice.
Servicer will text or email you the information on how to make payment along with an invoice.
Forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, major credit cards are acceptable with additional fees.

Rental Price is stated on the invoice provided by the Servicer.
Client's Responsibilities: Once servicer sets up the equipment
1) Client is to ensure the safety of the equipment
2) Client is responsible for any damage to the equipment
3) Client is not permitted to take down the equipment without the servicer's approval.
4) Ensure the space you intend to place the photobooth has access to an electrical outlet.
5) Ensure that there are no drinks on the prop table. Any damage or loss in props will be an additional charge to client.
6) For Selfie Photo Booth: Client is to ensure the equipment is set up clear from any water. Wifi is to be provided by client in the event there is bad reception.
If the services to be provided hereunder involve use of any of the "servicer's" property, including but not limited to the photo booth(s), props, advertisement signs or other forms of Maes Photo Booth's property, the Client agrees that it shall be liable for any damage or loss to the equipment owned by Maes Photo Booth LLC caused by but not limited to weather, beverages, food and another type of damages to such property while such property is located at the Event site.
This can include : a) any misuse of the equipment by Client or its guests, or b) any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake) c) loss of power or power surges to the photo booths at any time resulting in loss of pictures or damage of software and/or equipment. Including in the event that such damage is caused by any Event attendee or invitee of the Client, or client, except for damage to such property caused by the Maes Photo Booth LLC or its personnel. Client agrees that its liability under this section shall not be limited to the liquidated damages otherwise provided for herein.
Maes Photo Booth LLC disclaims any and all liability. The Client agrees that Maes Photo Booth LLC shall have no liability due to causes beyond the control of the "servicer" including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the Client or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to Servicer, incorrect dates provided to the Servicer, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. Maes Photo Booth LLC is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo/video quality. Maes Photo Booth LLC disclaims any and all liability.
Communication: By signing this Agreement, you are providing express written consent to receive SMS and text messages to each telephone number provided by the Client/Renter to us regarding this Agreement for our booking services.
Weather: Client is to ensure that the booth is set up covered if it is an outside event.
Cancellation: Client is expected to give 3 days notice of cancellation. If the cancellation is less than 3 days and client made a any amount of payment, the deposit of $100 is non-refundable.
LEGALITIES
If claims for injury, or loss arise after servicer sets up the equipment and your event commences, servicer or it's employees will make every effort to prevent such injury. If client's attendees is injured during the event, it is the client's responsibility for any injury or loss that arises. Client will be responsible for those damages. By accepting this Agreement, Client consent to its terms and conditions in full.
REFUNDS
In the event:
- Client's event ends prior to the scheduled time as stated on the contract- there is no refund
- Client's location or venue for set up is not open, there is no refund for the late start time due to the venue not open.
- Printer fails to print, - servicer reserves the right to determine the amount of refund based on your event
- Servicer will refund the amount less any processing fees if payment was made by credit card ,when servicer is unable to perform the photo booth for client
- Servicer reserves the right to determine the amount to refund due to equipment failure
- Servicer will attempt to work with Client on a resonable refund due to natural weather issues
