Please note applications must be received at least 12 weeks in advance.

We allocate sponsorship on a per event basis only. Each application must relate to one specific event with clearly defined dates (e.g. 27–28 March) . Applications that list broad date ranges (e.g. 1 April – 3 September) or cover multiple events will not be considered. We plan our sponsorship budget in advance, any incomplete or vague submissions will not be reviewed. Note: If your application is missing key details, dates or contains information that is generic in nature that doesn’t allow us to make a clear assessment of the benefits for both parties, you will not receive a response.
