This Agreement is executed on & by and between the following:
KT Photography & the Dancer
The Ambassador is a dancer between the ages of 7 and 18. He or she maintains an instagram (dancer, parent, or parent run) account to use to share images from their time as a KT Ambassador.
The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Ambassador will:
- Attend at least two group photo sessions.
- Share images from their KT Ambassador sessions at least 3 times during the year.
- Book a solo artistic dance shoot to be completed between January 4 & June 30, 2027.
-Pay for balance of solo shoot by February 1, 2027.
-Arrive hair and makeup ready for picture purposes.
-Bring dancewear to sessions depending on the theme.
-Pay a $150 fee to reserve their space on the Ambassador team.
Compensation Agreement
As consideration for the full and complete participation of all the obligations under this Agreement and all costs, the parties arm that Photographer shall
Provide high resolution images from both group and individual sessions to the client at no extra cost. Images will be provided after solo session fee is paid.
Provide KT Ambassador merchandise for the Ambassador to use.
Provide a discount on the Ambassador's individual artistic session based on the number of referrals booked for dance sessions. (20% off for each referred client)
Be given first opportunity to sign up for special sessions (these sessions do not count as your solo artistic session).
Product Use and Ownership
The Ambassador agrees that in such provision of photos, the Ambassador will not use filters on their photos, sell their photos, or submit the photos to contests or magazines. All images are owned and copyrighted by KT Photography.
Confidentiality
Neither Party may sell or submit photos to contests or magazines without the written consent of the other party.
The Ambassador and Client agree not to post/talk maliciously at any point about each other and/or other ambassadors
Period and Termination
This Contract shall remain effective for a period of 11 months, beginning on August 15, 2026, unless prematurely terminated by either party.
The Photographer holds the right to terminate this agreement at any time due to poor attendance or undesirable behavior on the part of the ambassador or their parent/guardian.
Should any party decide to terminate this Agreement prior the date of maturity, the party shall notify the other at least 2 weeks prior the termination date.
No refunds will be given if either party terminates the agreement.
Separability Clause
Should any of the provisions of this Agreement be held invalid by any competent court, the same shall apply only to the said provision and the remaining provisions hereof shall remain valid and enforceable.
Agreement Modification
No modification or alteration of this contract shall be considered as having been made unless otherwise executed in writing and duly signed by the parties hereto.
Judicial Action
Any action arising from or brought under this Contract shall be led with the proper courts of South Carolina, to the exclusion of all other venues that are hereby expressly and willingly waived by the parties.
