The Professional Remodeling Collective annual membership runs from July 1 to June 30. If your membership begins in the middle of our dues cycle, at renewal, you will receive an invoice the in May with a pro-rated amount to continue your membership through the next dues cycle. (1st year is full amount, 2nd year prorated) All new applications require an additional one-time $100 application fee. Payment plans can be honored for a 90 day period and a convience fee of 3% for the total of the dues. An automatic deduction must be set up for payment plan to be honored.
After payment of the application fee and verification of the information you have provided, you will be notified of your application status. Approvals take no more than 5 business days. If your application is administratively not approved, you will be notified why and can provide additional information to be presented at the next Board of Directors meeting. We will contact you directly for your credit card information. The credit card will be charged $100 for the application fee and upon approval of the application the credit card will be charged $675 for membership dues.

*Provisional membership: A provisional member shall, at the time of request for membership, follow the guidelines of the application and approval process. Provisional members shall have no voting privileges, shall not be allowed to use any PRC marketing materials, including the logo, and will not have a website directory listing nor be allowed participation in any awards programs until you have been in business for (1) full year.
