Management - Aerospace Bristol Christmas Parties are managed by Fosters Event Catering Ltd.
Confirmation of Bookings
Commitment to Purchase: Upon selecting the desired number of tickets and proceeding to the checkout, you are committing to purchase the tickets at their full value.
Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased are non-refundable. You may transfer to another date within the current year; please contact us to see if this is possible.
Payment Options: All tickets must be purchased in full prior to the party date. Tickets may also be purchased over the phone. Please note: this will incur a 3% fee.
Minimum Number of Tickets: The minimum number of tickets you can purchase is 5. If 5 tickets are purchased, your party may need to share the table with another party of 5.
VAT: All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Age Restriction: Attendees must be strictly over 18 years of age. A challenge 25 policy is in place so photo identification will need to be provided if asked by staff at the bar.
Dress Code: Christmas parties have a dress code of Smart Dress – No jeans or trainers.
Tickets: Tickets will be emailed to the lead contact on final payment
Photographs and Videography: Aerospace Bristol and Fosters Event Catering reserve the right to take photographs and videography which may be used across Social Media and Marketing platforms.
Personal Items: All items are left at the clients’ and guests’ own risk, including parked vehicles. Aerospace Bristol and Fosters Event Catering are not liable for any belongings left at the premises.
Cancellation by Venue
Changes Due to Uncontrollable Circumstances: If circumstances beyond our reasonable control occur:
1. Unavailable Premises: If the premises or any part of it is unavailable due to circumstances outside of its control.
2. Reputation Risk: If it might prejudice the reputation of, or cause damage to, Aerospace Bristol or Fosters Event Catering Ltd. In such an event, the Company will refund any advance payment made but will have no further liability to the Client.
3. Minimum Capacity: If the event does not meet the minimum capacity required for the venue, the date may be cancelled. You will be given the option to move dates or receive a refund.
4. Refunds: The total refund for a ticket shall be the face value of the ticket purchased. Personal arrangements including travel and accommodation relating to the Event, which have been arranged by you, are at your own risk. Aerospace Bristol and Fosters Event Catering Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure in addition to refunding the face value of the ticket.
Cancellation by Guest
1. Non Refundable Deposit: all groups will be required to pay 50% to secure their booking. This deposit is non refundable unless pre-agreed by The Venue or the event is cancelled by The Venue.
2. Cancellation Terms:
2 months from date of event: 50% payment required
1 month from date of event: 100% payment required
Social Responsibility and Behaviour
• Guests must conduct themselves in a responsible manner with due consideration for any other Guest, Venue staff or their agents, visitors and members of the public.
• The Venue Organiser will refuse alcohol to any persons under the age of 18. Any persons who, in the opinion of the Venue Organiser, appear under the age of 25 and do not carry picture ID (such as a driving licence or a passport), will also be refused alcohol.
• The Venue Organiser reserves the right to end or suspend the Hire Period at any time if any Guests behave in an anti-social manner or to ask any Guest to leave who, in the Venue Organiser’s opinion, is under the influence of drugs and/or excessive alcohol.
• The Venue Organiser will, at its discretion, charge the Hirer for any extra expense it may incur for engaging security staff or police to preserve law and order, during or after any event at the Venue. Events with more than 200 guests will incur a Security staff charge, to be paid by the client, in the interests of guests and staff.
Catering
• Fosters Event Catering Limited t/a Fosters Events is the recommended catering company at Aerospace Bristol and has sole rights to supply catering services. No outside food or beverages may be brought in to the Venue at ANY time. The Venue is not responsible or liable for its recommended catering company.
• The sale and/or supply of alcohol is the sole right of Aerospace Bristol and no exceptions to this will be given. No alcohol of whatever description or associated beverages may be brought onto the premises at any time or for any purpose.
• Fosters Events, the official caterers at Aerospace Bristol, are happy to accommodate dietary requirements. If Event guests have special dietary requirements or allergies it is the responsibility of the Hirer to notify the Venue Organiser ASAP or with at least 1 week’s advance notice before the Event at the latest
Concorde
• Concorde remains the property of British Airways and the Hirer must abide by the obligations placed on the Venue Organiser by British Airways in relation to the aircraft. The Venue Organiser reserves the right to close the aircraft at their discretion.
• Strictly no food or drinks will be allowed on the aircraft or in the Concorde exhibit gallery.
• Any Guest who, in the opinion of the Venue Organiser, is considered to be acting in an anti-social manner or under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol will not be permitted access to the aircraft.
• Numbers on board the aircraft at any one time will be limited to comply with Health and Safety rules and with due regard to the conservation of the aircraft.
• Please advise in advance if guests with special access requirements will be in attendance because Concorde is very narrow.
• The Venue Organiser reserves the right to refuse the use of film or photographs, where it considers it may prejudice the brand reputation of British Airways and Aerospace Bristol.
Menus and Drinks Packages
Dietary Requirements Notification: All dietary requirements must be communicated to us by our online form no later than 10 working days prior to the party to ensure adequate catering for all guests.
Allergen Warning: All products on the set menu may contain nut derivatives and other allergens. The Company accepts no responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur.
Dietary Cards: For every guest with a dietary request, a dietary card will be available for collection upon arrival to ensure that the correct meal is provided.
Pre-Ordering Drinks
Purchasing Drink Packages: When pre-ordering drinks, orders must be received no later than a week before the party on our online ordering form.
Non-Refundable: Drinks tokens are non-refundable.
Pre Purchased drinks: All preordered drinks will be placed on the tables ahead of arrival.
