NEW MEMBER & MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL APPLICATION FORM
Requirements of Membership. Your organisation must:
1. Be a professional arts and/or cultural organisation that contributes to the creative and cultural economy of Liverpool City Region (Knowsley, Halton, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens & Wirral).
2. Make a demonstrable contribution to the 5 core aims of The Culture Network LCR.
3. Adhere to the 5 core values of The Culture Network LCR.
4. Signatory must have authority to apply and/or renew; agree to pay the annual membership fee for a minimum of two years and designate a contact for regular communications.
5. Signatories may be expected to review and engage with new agreements and guidelines, if changes are made in future.
6. By applying you agree that you are happy to share your contact information (i.e., emails, telephone numbers) with other members and for marketing purposes.
To complete this signatory agreement, you will need:
1. A brief overview of your organisation (in the 3rd person for public use).
2. Your organisation's logo.
3. lnformation about your organisation's legal status and how you're funded.
4. Last two years of your organisation's turnover.
