  • CONTRACT TO EXHIBIT - WINES UNEARTHED at VINEXPO ASIA, HONG KONG: 26-28 MAY 2026

  • COST AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Stand cost: 4.450€ + VAT (at 23% if applicable)

    Under no circumstances will an exhibitor be allowed to take part in the exhibition if an invoice is unpaid.

  • BY SIGNING THE CONTRACT BELOW THE EXHIBITOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • We confirm our reservation for the stand at Wines Unearthed Vinexpo Asia.
    • We agree to be bound by the Terms of Exhibiting set out by Vinexpo Asia and confirm these have been read.
    • We agree with the Wines Unearthed package below and confirm this has been read.

  • Terms: Contract to be signed by return. Invoice will be sent on returned signed contract. Full payment due 30 days from invoice or 28th February 2026 whichever is the sooner.

    Cancellation terms: Between application and 28th February 2026 cancellation charge of 30% of total cost plus VAT if applicable will be made from 1st March 2026 a cancellation charge of 100% of total cost plus VAT if applicable will be made. 

     

    Please note that Wines Unearthed needs a minimum of 20 contracted/paid exhibitors in order to confirm the space at Vinexpo Asia. If this number is not met, Wines Unearthed reserves the right to cancel the space. Exhibitors will receive a FULL refund.

    • Branding on your counter
    • Exhibitor's company name, country flag and stand number on the top of your stand (30 characters max)
    • Wines Unearthed branding of the area
    • 3 exhibitor entry badges
    • 100 e-invitations
    • Limited request to message and book meetings with buyers (opens 1 month before and closes 2 weeks after the event)
