Terms: Contract to be signed by return. Invoice will be sent on returned signed contract. Full payment due 30 days from invoice or 28th February 2026 whichever is the sooner.

Cancellation terms: Between application and 28th February 2026 cancellation charge of 30% of total cost plus VAT if applicable will be made from 1st March 2026 a cancellation charge of 100% of total cost plus VAT if applicable will be made.

Please note that Wines Unearthed needs a minimum of 20 contracted/paid exhibitors in order to confirm the space at Vinexpo Asia. If this number is not met, Wines Unearthed reserves the right to cancel the space. Exhibitors will receive a FULL refund.
