    Concern  Consider this...
    This won't benefit me.

    Participants say...

"We really don't realize how much is impacting us until we learn what ...the traumas are. Every class my eyes open more and I am sad that more people do not take the class. We all need this class."

"I came to Life Skills expecting to counsel others. I see now the real first need was my growth."

"I highly recommend this course to all people. It is a life changing journey that will help you dig deep into your past and use tools to help you overcome your weaknesses. I learned so much about myself over the past 16 weeks and it has only just begun."

    Time commitment is too long

    Participants say...

"I first thought 'This is not for me.' Halfway through I was ready to quit. My wife and daughter have both died and I didn’t see a need to continue. A small voice said to stick around. The best is yet to come. So I stayed. I’m so happy I did."

"16 weeks felt long initially....but now I'm afraid I don't have enough time. It flies by."

From New Pathways: If 17-18 weeks is too long of a commitment, consider enrolling in a summer session. During the summer we will meet twice per week, so that the course fits into the summer.

I can't afford it. The class fees are determined on sliding scale, based on an individual's income. We also have scholarships available to help make the costs work with your budget. We will make sure that financial concerns are never an obstacle to one’s healing and growth.
Locations, times, days are not convenient Come try one class through our "Taste and See" (trial class) option! We think you will discover that the permanent and positive impact this class can have on your life will have been completely worth it! And if logistics are you only reason, please let us know what works better, so we can include your needs in future planning.
