CLIENT: We ask that cancellations be made with a minimum of 12 hours notice. For cancellations less than 12 hours prior, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be added to your profile and must be paid before booking another appointment. BREAUTY: We hold ourselves to the same standard that a minimum of 12 hours notice should be given to clients in the event of needing to cancel their appointment. For cancellations made on our behalf less than 12 hours prior, a credit of 50% of the total service cost will be added to the client's profile.*
