You have been selected to participate in the Samsung Elite Ambassador B2B Program. This is an exciting opportunity to increase your knowledge on Samsung products, and further enhance the customer experience and help the customer maximize the ROI on their purchase. While in this role, TELUS authorized dealer will look to you to educate and train your customers on the Samsung knowledge you acquire.
On or before today’s date you will receive a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and protective case cover, for your use while you’re in the program, in order that you may discover and explore features to share with your customers. In addition, you will receive other accessories and/or devices throughout the year, as TELUS authorized dealer and Samsung in their discretion may provide to you, as program enhancements, to be used with the following conditions:
- The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and protective case cover belongs to the Samsung Elite Ambassador Program, not the individual, and remains the property of TELUS authorized dealer. The device and accessories must be returned to the manager if the employee is no longer employed with TELUS authorized dealer, or if the employee changes position.
- The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and protective case cover will be used as your primary device during business hours for the duration of the B2B seeding program (must have DEVICE - ON HIP)
- The Samsung Elite Ambassador is responsible for driving handset knowledge and understanding of the features and benefits of Samsung to their customers on an ongoing basis
- The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and protective case cover cannot be sold or given to someone outside of TELUS authorized dealer at any time
The Samsung Elite Ambassador will:
- Participate in Webinars on relevant topics, such as new product announcements
- Engage with Samsung Plus/Telegram each month for news, important updates and content
- Participate in ALL trainings as communicated by Samsung, throughout the seeding period. (Dates and times will be shared as they are scheduled. These trainings will provide you with a deeper level of product knowledge, technology use, and will assist you in providing the best customer experience by exploring ways to connect with customers and demonstrate solutions that meet customer needs.)
Trainings will be provided in a combination of webinars, e-learning/micro learning, F2F and Samsung sponsored events. Non F2F training will be deployed through your learning platform, Telegram and Samsung Plus. The Samsung Elite Ambassador will:
- Access Samsung Plus and the other learning platforms Samsung provides to keep your knowledge up to date and refine your skills
- Achieve 80% success rate on all quizzes
- Ambassador acknowledges, understands and agrees that failure to meet any of the requirements set forth in this agreement may result in their removal from the Program, which is to be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Ambassador Program Manager
- Be able to effectively demonstrate Samsung’s current product line up of mobile devices, as well as business ecosystem solutions to your customers
- Share what you learn with your customers and inspire them to maximize the product experience
- Proactively engage with the Samsung Elite Ambassador community and share best practices
- Regularly provide feedback to Samsung via communication with National Ambassador Program Manager (elite.ambassador@partner.samsung.com)
- Quarterly inventory compliance ensuring the demo devices are up to date and functionally correctly.
- Participate in the Samsung Elite Ambassador channel platforms
- Participate in the Samsung Elite Ambassador Quarterly Missions

The Samsung Elite Ambassador Program runs for one (1) year. Selection and re-nomination by TELUS authorized dealer is based on the Samsung Elite Ambassador performance in the Program throughout the year.
The Samsung Elite Ambassador is exclusive to this Program and cannot participate in any other competitive ambassador programs.
