Photo Upload Form

By submitting your photos, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Ownership and Rights: You retain ownership of your photos. However, by submitting them, you grant Ventura Land Trust (VLT) a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, post, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your photos in any media or format, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, websites, print publications, and educational materials. You agree that VLT does not owe you any compensation for any of the foregoing, and you further understand and agree that your photos may be kept on file and used by VLT for potential future purposes. 2. Photo Credit: While we greatly appreciate your contribution, you understand and agree that VLT is not obligated to provide photo credit or attribution when using your photos. 3. Permission and Releases: You confirm that you have all necessary permissions and releases from any individuals appearing in the photos and from the owners of any private property depicted in the photos. 4. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ventura Land Trust, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of your photos. 5. Usage Rights: VLT may edit, crop, or alter your photos as necessary, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final product wherein your photos appear. By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions.
