While we are thrilled for this immense interest and support, it also means that we can no longer receive and additional registrations. However, if you do not receive such a notice that there is an opening, please note that you will not be on the participant list handled by building security.

We welcome you to register for the inaugural JHU Conference on Crisis and Conflict, sponsored by Carey and SAIS. This year’s conference focuses on the theme, "Thriving through Crisis and Conflict? Interdisciplinary Insights for an Uncertain Future."
This event strives to lay the foundation for a sustainable scholarly community capable of creating an interdisciplinary science of crisis and conflict at multiple levels of society, anchored by but extending beyond JHU Carey and SAIS.
There is no charge for this event. Please complete the following registration form so that we may best project event attendance and the services that coincide with the event.
Event registration includes the following:
- Attendance to the event programming (9am - 4pm)
- Continental breakfast
- Buffet lunch
- Refreshment breaks
- Post-event reception (4pm - 5:30pm)
- Conference giveaways
For those traveling from outside of Washington D.C. who wish to stay overnight, we have acquired a room block at the gorgeous Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill, conveniently located just at just a 15-minute walk from the JHU Bloomberg Center (click here for Google Map directions). More information on the Hyatt Regency accommodations and a booking link will be provided shortly.
