BCDA Homebuyers Grant Application
The Boardman Community Development Association (BCDA) offers a funding program, at BCDA's sole discretion, providing $5,000.00 to homebuyers who purchase their primary residence within the Boardman 97818 zip code, Morrow County, Oregon. The funds granted through this program are considered a GIFT from BCDA and are strictly limited to covering closing costs or home-related purchases incurred after closing.
- One-Time Gift: Funds provided are a one-time gift and do not need to be repaid.
- Primary Residence Requirement: The property must be the applicant's primary residence within the 97818 zip code.
- Grant Validity: All grants become void 90 days after application if no prior arrangements are submitted in writing to the BCDA office.
- Cancellation Notice: If the transaction is canceled, the applicant must notify BCDA no later than 14 days before the closing date.
- Funding Request: Applicants are required to request funds 14 business days before the closing date.
