Salamanca Arts Centre (SAC) is currently seeking applications for PRIVATE FUNCTIONS* for inclusion in the 2025 Calendars (for both the Long Gallery AND the Founders Room.
*Private Functions include Weddings, Engagement Parties, Birthday Parties, Parties in general, Balls, Dinners, Conferences, and any other non-public non-arts events.
This Application Round is for REMAINING DATES ONLY.
The majority of the 2025 Calendar was filled by successful applicants during the April 2024 Application Round.
Please note that it is very unlikely that the Long Gallery or the Founders Room will be available during major festival periods (such as the Australian Wooden Boat Festival - February long weekend / Ten Days o the Island - March / Dark Mofo - June / Festival of Voices - first half of July etc.)

The Long Gallery :
As the Long Gallery operates primarily as a gallery space we can only accommodate a limited amount of Private Functions in the Long Gallery each year.

The Founders Room :
As the Founders Room is a multi-purpose function space, there are no limitations on the ammount of Private Functions that can be held in the Founders Room each year.
