Salamanca Arts Centre

Salamanca Arts Centre (SAC) is currently seeking applications for PRIVATE FUNCTIONS* for inclusion in the 2025 Calendars (for both the Long Gallery AND the Founders Room.

*Private Functions include Weddings, Engagement Parties, Birthday Parties, Parties in general, Balls, Dinners, Conferences, and any other non-public non-arts events. 

This Application Round is for REMAINING DATES ONLY.
The majority of the 2025 Calendar was filled by successful applicants during the April 2024 Application Round.

Please note that it is very unlikely that the Long Gallery or the Founders Room will be available during major festival periods (such as the Australian Wooden Boat Festival - February long weekend / Ten Days o the Island - March /  Dark Mofo - June / Festival of Voices - first half of July etc.)

The Long Gallery :
As the Long Gallery operates primarily as a gallery space we can only accommodate a limited amount of Private Functions in the Long Gallery each year.

The Founders Room :
As the Founders Room is a multi-purpose function space, there are no limitations on the ammount of Private Functions that can be held in the Founders Room each year.

For the LONG GALLERY :
Hire Periods for Private Functions in the Long Gallery are a maximum of 4 days. 
For Saturday events, this Hire Period usually spans Friday to Monday. 

REMAINING DATES for Long Gallery : 

• OPTION #1 : Wed 22 - Wed 29 January 2025 (8 x Days)
• OPTION #2 : Wed 19 February - Tues 4 March 2025 (14 x Days)
• OPTION #3 : Wed 9 - Sun 13 July 2025 (5 x Days)
• OPTION #4 : Tues 5 - Mon 11 Aug 2025 (7 x Days)
• OPTION #5 : Wed 4 February - Tues 31 March 2026 (56 x Days)

For the FOUNDERS ROOM :
Hire Periods for Private Functions in the Founders Roomy are a maximum of 3 days. 
For Saturday events, this Hire Period usually spans Friday to Sunday. 

The Founders Room has move available date options in 2025 than the Long Gallery. Below are the dates NOT available due to existing booking :

• UNAVAILABLE : Thursdays throughout the year;
• UNAVAILABLE : Last Saturday / Weekend of the Month; 
• UNAVAILABLE : 1st Half of February 2025; 
• UNAVAILABLE : 2nd Half of June 2025;
• UNAVAILABLE : 1st Half of July 2025.

 NOTE: Set Up / Pack Down days are INCLUDED in your Hire Period.
