Salamanca Arts Centre (SAC) is currently seeking applications for inclusion in the Courtyard 2025 calendar.

The Courtyard can accomodate a variety of events including, but not limited to: performances, concerts, workshops, Corporate Events  and Private Functions, launches and more!

This Application Round is for REMAINING DATES ONLY.
The majority of the 2025 Calendar was filled in the two Annual Assessments Round in 2024. As a result most months are fully booked and only limited dates remain.

Please confirm date availabilty with the Venues Manager prior to submitting your application.

Applications can be submitted at any time

Applicants will be assessed as received and applicants will be contacted with an outcome within 10 x Working Days.

Please note: This online form must be completed in one session.

Availability: Due to the location of the Courtyard and the significant sound bleed between the adjacent Venues, the availability of the Courtyard is pending the bookings and scheduled activity in the adjacent Venues (Peacock Theatre, Founders Room, Sidespace Gallery, Long Gallery). An event cannot occur in the Courtyard if there is an event scheduled in an adjacent venue.

There is a live music event (Rektango) in the Courtyard every Friday evening between 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
The Courtyard is not available to Hire during Rektango.

PROVIDE 5 - 10 Examples of Practice or examples of past events to support your Application and to demonstrate the standard of event you have hosted. This could include photo or video documentation, posters, reviews or references etc. or URLs

For each Example of Practice, please include a brief description (which may include Title / Year / other information as relevant).
Examples of Practice can either be uploaded files or in the form of URL's (links to YouTube, Vimeo etc.)
