Lunar New Year Festival is working with WCC to reduce rubbish being sent to the landfill. As a vendor, you have an important part to play in using compostable or recyclable food packaging and to significantly reduce other types of waste produced by your stall.
How to reduce your waste at the Festival:
- Use less packaging (setting up at the Festival and containers offered to customers);
- Only use packaging that can be composted or recycled.

Conditions of Participation
1. This is a family event and celebrates the Lunar New Year Festival.
2. Political or religious messages, displays or handouts are not permitted.
3. Asian Events Trust (AET) reserves the right to request removal of signage/material that they deem inappropriate.
4. AET reserves the right to use photos/videos from the Festival for marketing purposes.
5. Groups refusing to comply with these conditions will be asked to leave the site.
6. Please ensure your volunteers/helpers are aware of the above five points.
