Laxapalooza!

Thank you for your interest in the Jefferson County Wild Lacrosse Club's Laxapalooza Fest on November 3, 2024. This is our kick-off for our Call of the Wild capital campaign to Build-A-Field to refurbish the Leetown Park softball field into a full-size lacrosse field. Let us know how you would like to be involved in our event! All checks should be made out to JCPRC. Items and checks can be mailed to JCPRC c/o Wild Lacrosse 235 Sam Michaels Lane Shenandoah Junction, WV 25442. A letter with 503c number can be provided upon request.

I will sponsor a Laxapalooza Fest lacrosse activity at $100 per station. A sign will be placed at the events I have sponsored.

I will set-up a vendor station to promote/sell my business (please provide a description below of the business and what the vendor booth would entail). Cost is $25 per vendor spot. There is no running water or electricity on site. Vendors will need to provide their own tent, table and chairs. We will attempt, but are unable to guarantee, that there will be no duplicate vendors. Vendors may set-up beginning at 730 am for the 9 am beginner clinic and afternoon play lacrosse activities.

I would like to bring my food truck. Cost is $25 per vendor spot. There is no running water or electricity on site. Vendors will need to provide their own tent, table and chairs. We will attempt, but are unable to guarantee, that there will be no duplicate vendors. Food truck vendors may set-up beginning at 730 am for the 9 am beginner clinic and afternoon play lacrosse activities. I will provide a copy of my permit, insurance and license with my payment.
