  • Safety First! Risk Assessment

    You MUST ask the Customer the Safety Assessment before beginning Reactivation
  • Scripting:

    "Before we begin, I'd like to complete a safety assessment. Anytime we are troubleshooting over the phone there is a risk of property damage or injury."

    "Are you comfortable and confident in doing this troubleshooting today?"

    • If applicable, recommend that customer use a ladder of appropriate height that is in good, working condition.
    • Verify that the work will be performed on a stable, flat, and dry surface?
    • Recommend that the customer use a hands-free phone for communication during the install.
