  • Following are instructions on how to apply for a passport (renewal, new, or lost):

    1. Fill out the passport application form.
    2. Choose a schedule.
    3. On the date of your appointment, bring the required documents:
      1. Printout of the duly accomplished application form
      2. Current Philippine passport and photocopy of passport information page (including amendment page, if applicable)
      3. Photocopy of your Belgium/Luxembourg Identity Card (original to be presented)
      4. Additional supporting documents for new and lost/damaged passport applicants, minor applicants, married female applicants who wish to change their surnames, dual citizens, and seafarers, as needed. Click here for the list of supporting documents.
  • All citizens of the Philippines abroad, who are not otherwise disqualified by law, at least eighteen (18) years of age on 12 May 2025, and who are registered overseas voters, may vote for Senators and Party-List Representatives during the overseas voting period for the 2025 Philippine National Elections which will start on 13 April 2025 until 12 May 2025.

    Following are the procedures to register as overseas voters:

    1. Accomplish the Overseas Voter Registration Form (OVF 1) on iRehistro or on this PDF. Ensure that this is printed out.
    2. On the date of your appointment, bring the following:
      1. Philippine passport (present original and bring a photocopy of the data page)
      2. If you are a dual citizen through the retention or reacquisition of Filipino citizenship, also bring the original and photocopy of your Order of Approval or their Identification Certificate
      3. If you are a seafarer, also bring a photocopy of your seafarer's book.
      4. If you do not have a passport, bring proof of your Filipino citizenship. If the documents provided are found valid and sufficient, the embassy will issue you a certification allowing you to register to vote.
