Membership Transfer
Please complete the below form to initiate an Order of the Arrow membership transfer request. This can be used by active members of other Lodge's that have recently moved into our Lodge. It can also be used by Adult members that were inducted into the OA as youth in another Lodge and would like to reactivate thier membership.

Why should I pay dues? Dues keep you listed as an active member of Passaconaway Lodge. Only active members will receive emailed/paper mailed information and newsletters, as well as count towards our lodge membership list. You must also be dues-paying in order to attend our top-quality OA events throughout the year, such as Fun Weekend, Spring Fellowship, Fall Fellowship, and Passaconclave, as well as other great opportunities that the OA can offer.
You must be currently registered in the BSA to be in the OA. Please attach pictures of anything you have showing you are a member of the OA. The more documentation you can provide, the better. Examples include a picture of a previous membership card, letter from your previous Lodge acknowledging your membership and dates, or a copy of a Vigil Honor certificate.
The annual dues have been set at $20 plus a $1 online service fee. Dues are based on calendar year (January 1 - December 31). Online payment is required for this submission. All submissions are final. Refunds will not be issued for anyone found to not be a member of the Order of the Arrow or Scouting America.
