Upon receipt of this order form, Four Star Demos will contact you to discuss the current demo process. Four Star Demos will contact Ramey's for approval. The demo order will be entered into our intranet site, which will allow you to stay up to date on the demo process. Demos will be billed through Ramey's for the demo cost plus product used to conduct the demo. If manufacturers would like to share the cost of a demo, the demo fee will be divided evenly between the manufacturers with $5 add to each demo for each manufacturer. Four Star Demos will facilitate communication with the distributor to inform them of the demo dates. Four Star Demos is not responsible for lack of inventory or out of date inventory. If we are informed of an inventory issue prior to the demo date, there is no fee to reschedule. If our Demo Sales Specialist arrives at the store to conduct the demo and he/she is unable to demo due to inventory issues, the demo will be rescheduled and a demo reschedule fee will be assessed. If you prefer not to reschedule the demo, the full demo fee will be assessed.
Performance of all obligations in this contract shall be in San Saba County, Texas.
