Are you aware that I have relocated to the Braggn Lounge inside Concept Studios in Frisco, TX?
All new clients are required to receive a Full Color Transformation at their first appointment. Are you okay with that?
Full Color Transformation appointments start at $435. The first $40 of product usage is covered by Kayla. If product usage goes over $40, the remaining balance will be carried over to the total price of your service. Do you agree to this pricing?
I am aware that a 24 hour notice is required for cancelling and rebooking appointments. Cancelling appointments outside of the 24 hour window will result in a $100 fee in order to rebook.
Please allow for 72 hours to look over your form and to hear a response. If you do not hear back within 72 hours, I have decided to not move forward. Do you agree by filling out the form, you may or may not be accepted as a client?
