  • If you are unsure if your product is in warranty, please contact the retailer you purchased the BDI product from to confirm a purchase date.

    BDI only stocks replacement parts to replace manufacturing defects that are covered by warranty. It is not guaranteed that the requested part will be available. 

    BDI only warranties products for 3 years (5 for chairs). After the warranty period, replacement parts will have to be purchased if stock is available. If a product has been discontinued for more than 3 years, it is likely that we will no longer have replacements on hand for these units.

  • BDI Warranty

    BDI has a 3 year warranty (5 years for chairs). We only stock replacement parts for the purposes of covering in warranty manufacturing issues. If the product has been discontinued or is out of warranty we cannot guarantee that we will have the parts on hand. 

     

    Shipping Damages

    Shipping damages should be reported to BDI immedietly so that a claim may be filed with the carrier.

    *If you are a retailer that ships with BDI freight collect with a carrier of your choice, kindly file a claim with your carrier directly. BDI is unable to process claima for freight collect shipments.

     

    Replacement Codes:

    Concealed Damage - There is no visible damage to the exterior packaging, but the product has scratches, chips, or other finish defects.

    Transit Damage - The packaging has visible damage to the exterior packaging due to shipping and handeling.

    Manufacturing Defect - The product will not assemble or function correctly due to an issue during manufacturing.

    Missing Hardware - The hardware or any component is missing from the packaging.

    Purchase - Choose this option if you intend to purchase the replacement part.
