Commitments and Requirements
Do you have C-Level / President / EVP / SVP experience at a business with $50MM - $50BB revenue*
Do you have 3+ years of experience in this role*
Have you served on a minimum of 3 boards (profit or non-profit)*
Have you served as a chairpersons or committee leader for at least one of these boards*
Did the revenue, budget or assets under management of one of the boards exceed $10 MM+*

Are you ready and willing to meet with PE partners on a short notice?*
Are you ready and able to join a PE board (if offered)*

Do you understand that there is an initial membership fee of $5000 due upon acceptance and a board placement fee of $5000 due 30 days after board placement *
