Appointment and Cancellation Policy

• Appointment Confirmation: All hair extension appointments must be confirmed by the client at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
• Cancellation: 
• Any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to the appointment. 
• Any changes,cancellations, or rescheduling to your *New Install* appointment must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. If your deposit is forfeited you must make a new appointment and an additional deposit may be required. 
• If there are any changes within 7 days of your scheduled appointment a $250 rescheduling fee will charged. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and management will use discretion when necessary.
  
  • No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
  • Rescheduling Fee: Any changes to your appointment date and time must be made 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. 
• Late Fee: If the Client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the service provided may be adjusted to fit the remaining time or cancelled. Despite any modifications, the Client will still be responsible for the full amount of the booked service.

Deposit Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure the appointment for hair extensions. This deposit becomes non-refundable. 7 days after it has been made. 

Maintenance and Care

• Maintenance Schedule: Hair extensions require regular maintenance every 6-8 weeks. The client agrees to schedule and attend these maintenance appointments to ensure the longevity and quality of the hair extensions.
• Home Care: A Home Care Maintenance sheet is provided for you on our website; please refer to these instructions for an exceptional experience. The client agrees to follow the Salon's recommended home care guidelines for hair extensions. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Using only products recommended by the Salon.
  • Avoiding home coloring or chemical treaments on the extensions.
  • Following the proper washing and styling techniques as instructed by the salon.
• Changes in Hair Color or Texture: If you change the color or texture of your hair between the consultation and the application appointment, you agree to notify Intentions Hair Salon 14 days prior to the application appointment to schedule a new consultation. A new deposit may be necessary. A Home Care Maintenance sheet is located on our website.
  
  • Please note all purchases are final sale and non-refundable as the Halo is a custom-ordered product. 

Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Intentions Salon does not issue refunds. If there is a problem with the color, cut, or extensions, the stylist will correct the issue at no charge if notified within 3 business days of the appointment. The correction must be completed within 7 days of the original appointment.
• Additional Work: If additional work is requested that was not discussed in the original consultation, it will be treated as a new appointment and may incur additional fees.
• Tampering by Third Parties: If the Client’s hair is tampered with by a third party after the service, Intentions Salon and affiliated companies are released from all liability.

Model Release

• Use of Photos: Client gives permission for their photo and image to be used on social media sites such as, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Website, and Pinterest. 
  • If you are uncomfortable with your photo being taken, that is perfectly okay! Please let your stylist know about your comfort level. We can arrange for faceless photos to ensure your privacy.Liability Waiver and Indemnification

• Home Care and Products: The Salon is not liable for any damages or adverse effects that may occur from the Client's home care practices, use of non-recommended products, or any home coloring or chemical treatments.
• General Disclaimer: The Salon provides professional hair extension services and products to the best of its ability but cannot guarantee the performance of hair extensions if the Client does not adhere to the recommended maintenance and care practices.
• Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Intentions Salon and/or its stylists for loss, damage, claims, or actions of any type that may result from failure to provide accurate and complete information. The Client agrees that Intentions Salon and/or its stylists are not liable for any loss, damage, defect, or injury suffered due to misuse of the luxury hair extensions.
• Defective Hair: If hair is found defective by the company, it will be replaced at no additional cost from the company. However, the Client will be responsible for all new hair installation costs from Intentions Salon. Once the hair has been altered from its original state, it will no longer be covered under the supply company’s return policy.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

The client further acknowledges that they have been informed about the importance of proper maintenance and care of hair extensions and thee potential consequences of not following these guidelines.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.

By signing this Agreement, you commit to maintaining the beauty and integrity of your hair extensions through regular care and adherence to our policies. We look forward to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring you enjoy the best results from your hair extensions.
