Important Details: 

• The event will take place on Saturday, October 26th from 10am until 2pm. 
• Location: Our shelter, 1030 Mitchell Bridge Road, Athens, GA 30606
• Participating in this event will require a $50 payment to reserve your spot. This will need to be paid, in full, within five days after your application is accepted. 
• Each vendor will be responsible for their own setup materials, product, and waste. 
• On the day of the event, vendor setup will begin between 8:30am - 9:00am.

By submitting this form, I understand that this is no guarantee of the organization's acceptance of my application as a vendor. The Athens Area Humane Society event team will confirm via email if your application is accepted.

I hereby acknowledge my compliance with the rules and regulations of the organization, including the cleanliness and maintenance of my surroundings as well as the premises and our conduct towards others. I understand that I shall be responsible for my own liability insurance, and the organization shall not be responsible for any damage, injuries, cost, or death to our person(s) or property that may be incurred during our use of the facilities.

In addition, by signing this form, I agree to pay $50 to reserve a space, which will be due within 5 days of acceptance of the application.
