I would like any tuition paid to remain on my account for a future class at CBI (100% of tuition will remain as a credit on your account)I would like to request a refund. I understand that the refund amount will be a percent of tuition paid, and may also be reduced by any transaction fees incurred.

A full refund or credit to the student's account will be given for tuition paid only if a class is dropped within the first 3 weeks of the quarter.

After three weeks, refund amount will be reduced. Please call the Registrar regarding a partial refund.

Partial Refund
- After 3 weeks 70%,
- After 4 weeks 60%
- After 5 weeks 50%
- After the 6th week no refunds will be granted.
Upon the Registrar's approval, a tuition credit may be transferred to the next quarter.

Refunds on a credit or debit card may be subject to a processing fee.
