Monthly Class Fee: I understand that I am responsible for my child's monthly class fee, which must be received by the 1st of the month and that they may not be allowed to attend class if the payment has not been received and/or confirmed.
Charter School Students: I understand that it is my responsibility to submit the vendor service request for the monthly fee in a timely manner. This usually requires that I submit the request 2 weeks prior to the start of class, in order for P.E. with Coach Jen to receive my approved certificate before class begins. If P.E. with Coach Jen does not receive my approved certificate by the first of the month, I understand that my student may not be allowed to attend class and their spot will be made available to a student on the waitlist.
I also understand that it is my responsibility to be informed of my charter school's specific guidelines regarding vendor service certificates. I understand that if I request services from my charter for use at P.E. with Coach Jen, and I do not utilize the services, that my charter school may not issue me a refund for unused services, and that it is not the financial responsibility of P.E. with Coach Jen to reimburse me for unused services.
Property Damage: I understand that if my child is found to be responsible for any damage to the property where classes are held, I may be financially responsible for the damages.
Refunds: I understand that there are no refunds issued for missed or unused days, including but not limited to my child being ill or absent. If there are closures due to unforeseen events, I understand that we may not have the option for a make-up day.
