TOURNAMENT DETAILS

-Friday, September 5th to Sunday, September 7th, 2025 

-The tournament location will be split between the two XBHL locations in both Orillia and Warminster, Ontario

-Divisions offered: Men's Open, Women's Open, Coed Open

-Each registered team will play a minimum of 3 games 

-Between locations you will find a Silent Auction, Consessions Stations and T-shirt/Sweater sales accepting CASH ONLY. 

-Tournament Sweater & T-shirt pre-orders will be available (coming soon!)

-ALL proceeds will be donated to the CAMH in memory of Destiny Ali.

 

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES/RULES

1. Each team may include a maximum of 12 players including a goalie. 

2. In case of injury, you may register a new player/goalie for a $50 fee in ROUND ROBIN GAMES ONLY, without exceeeding your 12 player roster limit. You may not reverse this substitution at any time. To be eligible to play playoff games, a players MUST have played at least 1 Round Robin game.

3. All team registrations must be paid in full by Friday, August 9th, 2025 or risk disqualification from the tournament and loss of down payment. 

4. Round Robin games will play using a win/loss format.

5. Should  Standings be tied when complete, seeding order will be determined in the following manner; head to head, wins, goal differentional, coin toss. 

6. Coed Games will be played using the XBHL goal format. 

7. Tied elmination games (other than championship) will proceed to a 5 minute overtime then shoot out to determine a winner. A championship game will proceed with 10 minutes continuous overtime.
