Airport Transfer Registration

Transfers to and from Westin Frenchman’s Reef and the Cyril E. King Airport (STT) are available through VIP Destination Solutions St Thomas. Transportation will only be provided to and from these locations, no exceptions. Please reserve and provide your flight information by Monday, January 20, 2025 so we can make appropriate transportation arrangements.

Upon arrival into Cyril E. King Airport (STT) you will proceed from the arrival gate towards the baggage claim area to collect all checked bags. As you exit the baggage claim area, you will be met by uniformed professional greeters holding a “TCIA.” sign. You will be checked in and escorted to your vehicle for transfer to the resort.

In the unexpected event your flight is delayed, flight connection is missed or you do not see a person from VIPDS St. Thomas holding a “TCIA.” sign, please contact VIPDS at (904) 806-8158 or (340) 344-8446

Departure Transfers From Hotel

Hotel departure times are scheduled three hours prior to your flight departure time. All airlines require that passengers arrive at the airport no later than two and half hours prior to departure. Please note that passengers will be required to clear US customs prior to departing St. Thomas and will need to show proof of citizenship, as St. Thomas is considered an entrance point to the United States.
