Renewal will be discussed and determined between 30-45 days prior to lease ending to ensure both sides have enough time to make adjustments.
Shared housing contribution is due on the 1st and late after the 5th. $50 Administrative inconvenience fee will be added. Damage hold Is due on move in date. Shared housing contribution will be prorated accordingly if move in date is not between the 1st - 5th. If Shared housing contribution is not received by the 15th, you will be required to be out by the 16th. Continued occupancy is not permitted after the 16th.*
