Agreement
By booking with Masterminds@Play, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance of the party date. Final guest numbers and payment must be confirmed and settled 7 days prior to your party date and all extras must be paid for at this time. Bookings made within 7 days will incur a R100.00 surcharge.
Guest Requirements
A minimum of 10 guests is required for a party booking. Our party rooms can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests. For parties exceeding this number, please email us on bookings@mastermindsatplay.com
Guest Numbers
Increasing guest numbers is subject to availability. We recommend booking for your maximum expected guests. A surcharge of R50.00 per additional child will be incurred for extra guests added on the day of the party. Guest numbers can be decreased by up to a maximum of 5 guests until 7 days prior to the party date, maintaining the minimum of 10 guests.
Cancellations and Changes
Changes to guest numbers must be communicated no later than 7 days prior to the party. In the event of a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. In the case of late or incomplete payment, you are in default. Masterminds@Play will have the right to cancel the booking immediately. You are liable for 100% of costs incurred with regard to your booking cancellation.
