Class Booking Policy

• Reservation of class is only effective once a deposit of 3,000 baht is made at least 5 days before the class starts and a schedule with confirmation from keaes academics is received by the customer. 
• Without a deposit, the reservation is subject to change without prior notice. 
• In the event of cancellation, deposit and booking are forfeited.

• การจองคลาสจะมีผลเมื่อทางสถาบันได้รับการมัดจำเป็นจำนวนเงิน 3,000 บาท อย่างน้อยล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลา 5 วันก่อนวันเริ่มเรียน โดยเจ้าหน้าที่จะยืนยันตารางเรียนหลังได้รับการชำระเงินแล้ว ในกรณีคลาสทดลองเรียนต้องชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนเท่านั้น

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation is allowed for any group courses.

Student's Safety Policy

• For children under the ‘Legal Age’, we strictly encourage the parents to wait for their child while the examination is ongoing or assign a guardian to wait in the school area.

• Keaes Academics staff will not be held responsible for the children outside the immediate Keaes vicinity area.

• สำหรับนักเรียนอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี ทางสถาบันขอให้ผู้ปกครองหรือผู้ดูแลรอนักเรียนภายในพื้นที่โรงเรียนเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการดูแลนักเรียน
• เจ้าหน้าที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบความปลอดภัยของนักเรียนภายนอกพื้นที่โรงเรียน

Refund Policy

• The payment is non-refundable in all cases.
• ทางสถาบันขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการขอคืนเงินในทุกกรณี
