Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Indoor spaces are limited. This will be a rain or shine event. Electricity is available inside for all booths, and on a limited basis for outdoor booths. Tables and chairs are available to rent. You will be required to donate 10 "items" for our entry giveaway bags.

Festival Hours are Sat. 12pm-5pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at those times, no tearing down early, unless otherwise arranged or inclement weather. Do you agree to that?

Do you agree to donate 10 "items" for our entry bags? These do NOT need to be full sized items or even sample items. You may make it as simple as an incentive to visit your booth during the event or a piece of candy with your business card.

Acceptance Terms:
Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and a link to pay for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Each vendor is individually responsible to comply with the state of Missouri and Federal Tax regulations. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy. Your booth space is not guaranteed until application AND payment have been received.
Booth Specifics:
Because this event is outside, we welcome a popup canopy with sides, however they are not required and should be used appropriately around weather conditions. In windy conditions we recommend waiting to set up tents, even with weights.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before October 1, 2024. A cancellation received between October 2-21, 2024 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after October 21, 2024.

We are asking each vendor to please donate 10 items for our entry bag giveaway. Donations can be *DROPPED OFF* at Apple Creek Farm in advance or by 11am Saturday, Nov 2, 2024.
