- I/we request that my/our child named above is registered as a prospective pupil and we understand her registration will be handled in accordance with the School's Admissions Policy.
- I/we have made a non-refundable bank transfer of £180 to Pipers Corner School Ltd (using the child's name as a reference)
- I/we have read and understood the School's Privacy Notice and agree that the School will obtain, process and store personal information about me/us and my/our child in the ways stated therein.
- I/we understand that, in line with the School's Information and Records Retention Policy, any information will be retained until such time that the child is too old to be considered for entry into the School.
- I/we understand that we will receive occasional emails from Pipers about the school's news and events as well as relevant information regarding our child's entry point.
- If details of additional people with parental responsibility have been included on this form, I/we have sought permission from the individual in question to provide them to the School. Where details have not yet been provided, I/we acknowledge that if a place is offered, the signatures of all those with parental responsibility will be required in order to accept a place at Pipers Corner School.
