Eligibility

The Education First Blue Jean Fund is open to 501 (c)(3) organizations whose work addresses the following needs in the communities in which we serve:
1. Civic and Social
2. Arts and Culture
3. Education
4. Health
5. Social Services
6. At-Risk Youth
7. Elderly
8. Economic Development
The following organizations/causes are ineligible:
1. For-Profit Charities
2. Political Parties or Candidates
3. Contributions and/or sponsorships of an individual for the benefit of a Booster Club, Athletic Teams/League, or Student Organization.
4. Religious Organizations/Causes*
*Religiously affiliated organizations may be eligible for funding if their proposed project is entirely secular in nature, benefits the wider community, and is offered without regard to religious affiliation or participation in religious practices.
